I Can Do THAT!Our Mission & GoalsVSA California at Sacramento (aka: I Can Do THAT! / Very Special Arts) is an affiliate of VSA California, National VSA, and The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. The National Very Special Arts program, which became National VSA arts in 1999 and VSA in 2009, was established in 1976 by Jean Kennedy Smith. National VSA and I Can Do THAT!'s mission at all levels is to promote the creative power in people with disabilities. VSA California at Sacramento / I Can Do THAT! has adopted and adapted the mission of National VSA within Sacramento County. Our goals are twofold:
