Winter Very Special Festival of the Arts2010

VSA arts of California at Sacramento (VSAS), in association with Sacramento City Unified School District and City of Sacramento Neighborhood Services Department, presented the 5th annual Winter Very Special Festival of the Arts Friday, January 28, 2010 at the Sam Pannell Meadowview Community Center.
